Returns Policy

  • Should you receive a faulty item, please telephone/email us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund (including the return postage) on receipt of the faulty item(s)
  • If you return goods to us, please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.
  • Please contact us before returning any goods.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your Right to Cancel

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, If you change your mind, you must inform us that you wish to cancel within seven working days from the receipt of your order quoting the original order number.
  • We will then make a full refund of the total cost of your order (including the cost of delivery) within 30 days.
  • We would ask that you return the items to us (at your expense)
  • Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition with all original packaging/labels etc intact.
